2. Information and purposes

We process account details (email, name, password hash and selected language), authentication and consent records, security information such as IP addresses, payment/subscription identifiers and credit history, uploaded footage, import links, audio, transcripts, images, reference information, editing instructions, outputs and support correspondence. We use these to manage accounts, perform edits, administer billing, investigate failures, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Where a lawful basis is required, processing needed to deliver the service is based on the contract, required recordkeeping on legal obligations, proportionate security and fraud prevention on legitimate interests, and optional uses on consent where required. Payment providers such as Paddle handle payment card numbers.

3. Service providers

For editing, Anthropic receives transcripts, edit-decision images and instructions; ElevenLabs receives audio for transcription. Cloudflare stores media and outputs. Fly.io hosts the application, editing processing and database. When email notifications are enabled, Resend receives recipient details and notification content. Information is transmitted over networks when these functions are used.

Stock-media searches send search terms and request metadata, such as the server IP address, to Pexels and Pixabay. These searches do not directly upload your source videos to either service. Their privacy policies also apply: Pexels (https://www.pexels.com/privacy-policy/) and Pixabay (https://pixabay.com/service/privacy/).

Paddle processes purchaser and payment information under its own Privacy Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy). Requests concerning its payment records may need to be made directly to Paddle as well as to us.

4. International processing

We operate from South Korea, and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. International transfers must satisfy applicable legal requirements, including contractual protections, disclosures and consent where required. Contact us for information about destinations and safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

Finished videos become eligible for deletion 14 days after completion and storage. Source footage for successfully completed edits becomes eligible for deletion 14 days after completion. Download files you need within these periods. Unfinished or failed project footage currently has no automatic age-based deletion deadline; contact us to request deletion. Deletion may require queued processing and retries; expiration does not mean that every copy is erased instantly.

We retain account information while providing the service. Withdrawal processing removes or de-identifies direct identifiers, revokes access and deletes related files; ongoing work or a pending refund may need to finish first. Transaction and dispute records required by law are excepted from deletion. Payment-provider records follow that provider's retention policy.

6. Cookies and optional features

Cookies maintain signed-in sessions and security. You can delete or restrict them in your browser, which may prevent sign-in or other features. Non-essential tracking and marketing may be used only after legally required notices and consent are in place.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection or portability at info@visionbuilders.kr. We verify identity and applicable exceptions before responding. You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information or other people's personal information.
